A Little Baby Bum feldolgozásában megtalálható egy közel egyórás videó, amiben ismert angol gyerekdalok hallhatók. A Facebook zárt csopor t ban az egyik Anyuka kérésére ezeknek a daloknak a dalszövegét leírtam, így nem okoz gondot, hogy a gyerkőccel együtt énekelhessük őket! 🙂
Az angol gyerekdalok dalszöveggel 1. része itt található:

The Itsy Bitsy Spider
The itsy-bitsy spider
Crawled up the water spout.
Down came the rain
And washed the spider out.
Out came the sun
And dried up all the rain.
And the itsy-bitsy spider
Went up the spout again.

If You’re Happy and You Know It
If you’re happy and you know it, clap your hands!
If you’re happy and you know it, clap your hands!
If you’re happy and you know it, and you really want to show it;
If you’re happy and you know it, clap your hands!
If you’re happy and you know it, stomp your feet!
If you’re happy and you know it, stomp your feet!
If you’re happy and you know it, and you really want to show it;
If you’re happy and you know it, stomp your feet!
If you’re happy and you know it, shout „Hurray”!
If you’re happy and you know it, shout „Hurray”!
If you’re happy and you know it, and you really want to show it;
If you’re happy and you know it, shout „Hurray”!
If you’re happy and you know it, do all three!
If you’re happy and you know it, do all three!
If you’re happy and you know it, and you really want to show it;
If you’re happy and you know it, do all three!

Pat-a-Cake
Pat-a-cake, pat-a-cake, baker’s man.
Bake me a cake as fast as you can;
Pat it and prick it and mark it with „B”,
And bake it in the oven for baby and me.

Ring Around the Rosy
Ring around the rosy,
Pocket full of posies,
Ashes, ashes, we all fall down.
Ring around the rosy,
Pocket full of posies,
Ashes, ashes, we all fall down.
Feel the lovely sunshine
Flowers all around
Hop a little hop right off the ground
Feel the lovely sunshine
Flowers all around
Jump a little jump right off the ground
Ring around the rosy,
Pocket full of posies,
Ashes, ashes, we all fall down.
Ring around the rosy,

Feel the lovely sunshine
Flowers all around
Jump a little jump right off the ground.

Mary had a little lamb,
His fleece was white as snow,
And everywhere that Mary went, Mary went, Mary went
And everywhere that Mary went,
The lamb was sure to go.

Five little ducks
Went out one day
Over the hill and far away
Mother duck said
„Quack, quack, quack.”
But only four little ducks came back.

Over the hill and far away
Mother duck said
„Quack, quack, quack.”
But only three little ducks came back.

The sad mother duck said
„Quack, quack, quack.”
And all of the five little ducks came back.

This Old Man He Played One
This old man, he played one,
He played knick-knack on my thumb;
With a knick-knack paddywhack,
Give the dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.
This old man, he played two,
He played knick-knack on my shoe;
With a knick-knack paddywhack,
Give the dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.
This old man, he played three,
He played knick-knack on my knee;
With a knick-knack paddywhack,
Give the dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.
This old man, he played four,
He played knick-knack on my door;
With a knick-knack paddywhack,
Give the dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.
This old man, he played five,
He played knick-knack on my hive;
With a knick-knack paddywhack,
Give the dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.
This old man, he played six,
He played knick-knack on my sticks;
With a knick-knack paddywhack,
Give the dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.
This old man, he played seven,
He played knick-knack up in heaven;
With a knick-knack paddywhack,
Give the dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.
This old man, he played eight,
He played knick-knack on my gate;
With a knick-knack paddywhack,
Give the dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.
This old man, he played nine,
He played knick-knack on my spine;
With a knick-knack paddywhack,
Give the dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.
This old man, he played ten,
He played knick-knack once again;
With a knick-knack paddywhack,
Give the dog a bone,
This old man came rolling home.
